Tanya’s life & real estate career has been eclectic to say the least! Born and raised in Houston, her resume is lengthy and exciting. Starting in the 70’s, Tanya owned a pawn shop prior to moving to the country in the 80’s to raise & show cutting horses. In the 90’s Tanya moved to Cypress and worked as a Veterinary Assistant & groomer while also attending real estate school. She began working in real estate in New York City in the early 2000s which she describes as an incredible experience. Outside of real estate Tanya is passionate about acting & music. She has appeared in 14 major films as a feature extra! Tanya loves singing, songwriting, playing guitar and piano and is working on mastering the mandolin. She volunteers her voice by singing to the patients at Texas Children’s Hospital as well as singing in her Cowboy Church Praise & Worship band. During her 21-year real estate career Tanya has proudly had her real estate license in three states – Texas, Louisiana & New York. She has represented countless Buyers & Sellers – from residential, farm & ranch, commercial & waterfront properties (her favorite).
