As the Owner-Broker of Waller County Land Company for over 35 years, his love of the land began at an early age. Tim was raised on a farm with his eleven siblings in Central Illinois, before going on to graduate from Bradley University in 1977 with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting. He then relocated to Texas working as a CPA before embarking on a career in real estate. In 1985 the doors of Waller County Land Company were opened. Since then, Tim has proudly served hundreds of buyers and sellers across Waller and surrounding counties. His experience and market knowledge make him an invaluable part of every clients transaction. A consummate professional with the utmost integrity, Tim puts his clients interests first and confidently guides them through all aspects of rural real estate.
Aside from real estate, Tim has immersed himself in his local community and remains heavily involved in several local organizations. He is a past President and current member of the Waller Area Chamber of Commerce, past President of the Waller County Board of Realtors, past President and current member of the Waller County Economic Development Partnership and current member of the Rotary Club of Waller County. He has also served as past president and current board member of his neighborhood Property Owner’s Association. Tim has been married to his wife, Karen, for 34 years. They have been blessed with three amazing children: Katie, Ryan & Lucy, and two wonderful grandchildren: Charlotte & Hazel.
