Olivia Elizalde is a proud Waller, Texas native and a fourth-generation graduate of Waller High School, Class of 2021. In 2024, she earned her Bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Leadership & Development with a minor in Agricultural Communications and Journalism from Texas A&M University—Whoop!

During her time at Texas A&M, Olivia developed strong communication and leadership skills that prepared her to work collaboratively with a wide range of people. Her education shaped her ability to lead with humility, connect with others, and inspire those around her—qualities that now serve her well in her real estate career.

Olivia’s roots in the Waller area run deep. Her mother, Rendy (Skinner) Elizalde, was raised in nearby Hockley, and her family has called the region home for generations. The community holds a special place in Olivia’s heart, filled with cherished memories and lifelong connections.
