Born and raised in Spring Branch, back when the “burbs” of Houston were still mostly small farms or big lots and rough chip, paved roads. I am passionate about “vintage” houses and those that may need a bit of TLC. I was that kid who loved wandering through abandoned houses and believed that all I needed to survive on a piece of land was a tent, a PB&J sandwich and kool-aid (that my mom could drop off everyday on her way to work). I left Texas for Tennessee where I worked briefly on a water well rig then migrated up to Alaska for several years. After brief stays in Montana and then Arkansas, here I am once again enjoying life in Texas.  Most of my private dwellings through the years have been rural and this is the genre of real estate where I am most comfortable and experienced. I can be quirky, but a realist. I earned an Associate degree focusing on Humanities/Ethics. I develop emotional attachments to books.  Quilting and reading are my two past times. No husband, no kids but I do have two senior parents – and a cat. With a lifetime of changes and new beginnings, I understand…I get it, and I look forward to helping others make their new beginning a positive experience.
