Katie is a proud second-generation Texas Realtor! Her career in real estate began during childhood while often accompanying her father Tim Phelan to the Waller County Land Company office, showings with clients & closings at the title company. Katie spent several years working in marketing & advertising before officially joining the family business in 2015. She has worked with buyers & sellers in Cypress, Tomball, Houston, Montgomery, Katy, Waller & Hempstead. Katie currently lives in Cypress with her husband Ryan and their two daughters, Charlotte & Hazel.
