For over 40 years, Don Garrett has established an extensive career path in real estate directed towards portfolio management, acquisition and disposition, development, and brokerage services.  Don’s education includes a BS, Lamar Universiry & M.Ed, University of Arizona. He has a strong foundation in real estate financial analysis and market/ feasibility analysis.  During the savings & loan demise during the ’80’s, Don was an officer and vice-president in charge of liquidating a major portfolio of non-performing assets at First Heights Bank, fsb, Houston.  He is also an active investor in real estate, farming, and agricultural research.”  His area of expertise in Waller County is commercial, farm and ranch, and rural development.
