Phelan (Broker-Owner) in Waller, Texas. In 1991 a second
office in Hempstead, Texas was opened. Due to the growth
in the area, in April 1996 the Waller office relocated
to its present location which is a 3000 sq. ft. facility
custom-designed for real estate brokerage. We have 15
sales associates and are fully staffed to handle all
of
your real estate needs including residential,
commercial, unimproved property, farms and ranches. Our
experience includes closing over 654 transactions in the
past five years. We are a growing company with a
positive outlook to the future growth of our area and
